Shipping Policy
Robidoux Inc. Distributing is proud to offer fast shipping at affordable prices. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $2,000.
For orders that end up shipping on pallets through LTL Trucking, the dealer will be contacted before shipment to verify shipping details.
We currently do not offer drop-shipping on orders.
Order Tracking
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a tracking number or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at customerservice@robidouxinc.com
If the order ships by LTL freight you will receive a PRO number. LTL shipments sometimes take an additional 24-48 hours for processing.
Order Processing
Most orders are shipped out within one business day from the time of purchase. If the order is placed before 12:00 P.M. central time, most orders are shipped out the same day Monday-Friday. Any orders received after 12 noon are not guaranteed to go out the same day. If 3 business days have passed since you submitted payment and have not received a shipping update, please log into your account, and check for tracking information or contact us via email or phone. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday are typically shipped out on Mondays.
Signature Required
Robidoux Inc. may require a signature upon delivery. Any order that is $500 or more will require a signature. Please understand that we do this to ensure that the package is delivered safely. Many of our third-party carriers and payment companies require a signature upon delivery to help protect against fraud theft. Please note that once the package shows delivered, Robidoux Inc. cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have orders shipped to a safe location or have someone available to receive the package. Customers may request a signature upon delivery by calling Robidoux Inc. at (531) 500-5785.
Other Shipping Information
Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are not considered as business days for delivery or processing orders. Delivery estimates can vary, and we cannot control deliveries if they are delayed due to weather, a catastrophic event, or issues with an address (Missing or inaccurate information).
