Robidoux Inc. Distributing Return/ Refund Policy
Anything purchased from Robidoux Inc. Distributing as new merchandise excluding Close Out or Discontinued items comes with a 1 year manufactured warranty from the date of purchase from Robidoux Inc. Distributing.
When it comes to warranty or defective items the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item and process the return there are a few options.
- The item(s) can be returned for account credit to be used on a future purchase
- Exchange the item for the exact item
The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item or Robidoux Inc. Distributing can ship the replacement at no charge with a regular order.
We only warranty manufactured defective items. We do not warranty items with the following conditions:
Any sign of use - including installation, item scratches, or other signs of use such as physical markings, screw holes, or similar.
- Tags, Stickers, and other Manufacture Labels removed or tampered
- Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered
- A different serial number than the one shipped by Robidoux Inc. Distributing
- Physical Damage from Drops, Liquid, Mishandling, or Similar
- Mounted or Used Subwoofer Enclosures and Speaker Boxes
- Blown, Punctured, or Fried Speakers, Subwoofers, and Amplifiers.
If we receive an item back sent in for warranty and it is not a manufactured defective item and is damaged due to misuse, installation error, or physical damage we will not be able to warranty the item and it will need to be sent back at customer’s expense.
We also do not accept returns on used or new items due to lack of sale or no longer needed.
If an item is returned and we find it is in working condition, we cannot issue a credit and we would send the same item back to you on your next order.
Robidoux Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order because of inventory or pricing issues.
